As president and CEO of SCG for the past 12 years, William has developed a solid reputation for the company as a provider of superior customer service based on core values of integrity and honesty. William's vision of creating a comfortable and positive environment for both employees and clients has led to high-levels of client and employee satisfaction. William's straightforward approach to business has brought financial success to SCG as well. SCG maintains an impressive client roster of brand name clients including Chicago Pizza, Kaiser Permanente, Kintera, Titan and numerous others. SCG is one of the fastest growing IT consulting organizations in Southern California today. Jonathan Edmett, co-founded SCG with his father and brother with more than 10 years of experience in the IT industry. Jonathan is responsible for the company's business development and strategic planning.
Jonathan began his career as a developer using Microsoft tools and technologies, and later gained in-depth industry and business experience as a senior project manager at SCG. Under Jonathan's leadership, SCG has undergone a 549% growth rate in a three-year period, placing SCG among the top IT firms in Southern California. Jonathan's business development expertise and thorough knowledge of the IT industry enable him to efficiently and effectively assess the unique needs of SCG clients across multiple industries, and skillfully craft IT solutions that solve challenges and maximize opportunities. As co-founder of SCG, Bill Edmett. Jr. has been working along side his father and brother, Jonathan, to develop one of the leading IT firms in the region. Bill is responsible for the management of all projects requiring high-end, mission critical application development and integration services. He has been instrumental in developing SOLUTIONSMethod, a proprietary framework employed by SCG to ensure predictability, mitigate risk, and increase return on investment in software development.
Bill has developed large-scale database solutions for companies such as Harcourt Brace, Kaiser Permanente and Sony. Prior to SCG's origination, Bill worked as an independent billable consultant for Safeskin Corporation, Kelco, and Career Guidance Foundation, where he developed custom applications and integrated technologies. Stan Townsend is responsible for Practice Management and Service Delivery at SCG. Mr. Townsend has been directly responsible for delivering SCG's largest and most complex consulting engagements requiring e-business application development and back-office ERP integration. Prior to joining SCG Mr. Townsend worked for such companies as Sempra Energy, Laidlaw, ITT, and Bank of America, delivering many large-scale technology solutions. Having earned both a Masters in Business Administration and a BA in Economics from the University of California at Irvine, Mr. Townsend has a strong business background to compliment his deep technical skills. During the past 12 years, Stan has gained extensive experience in such areas as back-office systems design and implementation, data warehousing, high-volume Web-based systems, and document management systems.
David leads SCG's sales team for Microsoft Business Solutions and is the sales liaison to Microsoft's Southern California sales team. He focuses on providing comprehensive business solutions for SCG's valued clients and is responsible for directing sales growth at the company. He has been instrumental in many of SCG's successes in the ERP and CRM project areas, developing a number of larger corporate accounts for the company.
Prior to joining SCG, David served as vice president of sales and marketing for two venture funded technology startups. He also served as director of marketing technologies for Sempra Corporation, a Fortune 1000 energy services firm, where he worked in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Boston. Previously, David worked with both Sempra and Central & South West Corporation serving major national chains as a corporate sales executive. He was instrumental in defining and launching a number of large-scale e-business solutions in the energy industry, and later built and managed sales teams that introduced new software products into the market. He attended the University of Oklahoma, Tulsa University and National University, focusing on marketing and business. |
