Nichole Devolites Appointed Marketing Director at Solutions Consulting Group (SCG)
SAN DIEGO, CA - August 21, 2006 - Solutions Consulting Group (SCG), an award-winning Microsoft Gold Certified partner, today announced that it has hired Nichole Devolites as Director of Marketing. Devolites is a new addition to the marketing team within SCG and will be focused on driving their extensive marketing efforts.
Devolites is a marketing consultant with more than 7 years of experience in the marketing consulting field, working with such companies as Microsoft, Porter Novelli, Booz Allen Hamilton and eCommerce Industries, Inc. (ECI2).
"Nichole is very focused on building a marketing plan that will carry SCG into 2007 and beyond," says Jonathan Edmett, partner, business development at SCG. "Her proven strategic marketing abilities combined with her Microsoft experience make her the ideal person to lead SCG's marketing efforts moving forward."
Immediately before joining SCG, Devolites worked for BuzzBee Company, in Seattle, Washington, a strategic marketing company and Microsoft Preferred Vendor, as a marketing manager. At BuzzBee she developed many widely used global internal and external marketing tools for Microsoft teams, including Microsoft Office 2007, Windows Vista, Windows Automotive and public sector, which are still in use today.
Devolites has considerable skills in strategic consulting. At Booz Allen Hamilton, in McLean, Virginia, Devolites was a consultant, focusing on new business development consulting, internal marketing research, and developing cases for change, for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, DoD, DLA, DISA and DARPA. Devolites also worked at eCommerce Industries, Inc. (ECI2), in Vienna, Virginia, where she aided in building the marketing strategy that carried ECI2 through the dot com era and beyond. In 2004, Devolites worked at Porter Novelli in Seattle where she was an assistant account manager, tasked with following and managing Hewlett Packard's press coverage, as well as managing non-profit efforts for local communities.

Devolites graduated form George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a minor in Telecommunications.
